CM Window Haryana, also known as the Chief Minister’s Window, is an initiative launched by the Government of Haryana to provide a platform for citizens to address their grievances and seek redressal.

CM Window is a grievances redressal and monitoring system in Haryana implemented since 25 December 2014 in all districts and all departments of the Haryana Government as an initiative to resolve issues and grievances of Haryana State Common People.

These grievances are registered at the CM Window counters online and the citizens get the SMS on their mobile phone with the grievance registration number. This number is used by the complainant for tracking CM Window Complaint Status online.

CM Window is implemented at all Districts at e-Disha Kendras & Sub-Division Offices to get the grievances from the common citizens.

  • I (Mangat Ram) filed a CM WINDOW complaint against no CM OFF/N/2024/003256 dated 08 Jan2024.The complaint dispose of on 01 Mar 2024 Atr attached. I am unsatisfied with this. The village secretary Rohit(9802407117) only contect my brother on mobile and dispose of the complaint.
    He should made proper lnquiry with the neighbors and numberdar including me.
    Iam the owner and occupier of this since 2002.Sarpanch Sunita Kumari made wrong statement. In the complaint 06ma 2023 her statement is different. Pease look in. My self mob 9910592270

    • Check if the Application Number & mobile number entered are correct. You can get cm windown Application Number from the SMS you received while filing application number. If still showing no result found then visit the Officer(DC Officer/SDM Office etc.) where you have filed this application.
