Haryana Automatic Mutation Online: Haryana govt. makes mutation process online, now mutation will be done immediately after registry is done.
With launch of this automatic mutation process portal Inteqal / Mutation will be done automatically and owners need not to vendor in the govt. offices for getting this done. Also, we know revenue department property related tasks are never done by Patwari or Girdawar without taking bribe. So, this will stop this practice.
As soon mutation will be done automatically after implementation of Haryana Automatic Mutation process and that will be made available on the portal (Online Intkal Haryana) which can be checked by anyone.

If anyone having any issues or need corrections then they can raise an objection within 10 days of mutation done. After making objection the mutation done will be considered as contested. If no objection is raised then it’s automatically will be done.
So, making Inteqal or Intkal (mutation) online is a great step towards digitization of all property related tasks.
There is Rs. 50/- fee for automatic intkal done.
Though, there is no fee to download the intkal online.
