With e-Verified Jamabandi, there is no longer a need to visit the Revenue Office or Patwari for the document. This downloaded Fard is recognized for official purposes where there is required.

- As we are creating e-Fard first time so, click ‘Create New Request‘ option and e-Fard selection form will be visible, you can create e-fard using 4 options, select any one as per availability of data with you to enter:
- I have selected ‘By Owner Name‘ option here, now fill District, Tehsil, Village, Jamabandi Year(I have selected latest year). After selecting these options you will see your village Hadbast number and all owners of land in your village, see below screen:
- Select the name of owner for whom you want to download e-Fard, I have selected my name. After selection you will see e-fard nakals for land in your ownership in your village:
- Click Check Nakal link to see e-Fard of any Khewat/Khatoni
- If you want to download verified Jamabandi e-fard copy to use for some purpose then click on Green Button “Get Verified Nakal“, you will be intimated about bank charges, Click OK :
- After clicking OK you will see Chalan with fee amount to be payed for downloading e-fard:
- Click Continue to pay the fee, you will be redirected to SBI Online page where you will see multiple option to pay fee, select anyone as per your convenience:
- I have selected SBI Net Banking, you will see Chalan details to pay, now click yellow button ‘Confirm‘:
- After clicking Confirm button payment will be done and you will see success prompt message:
- system will redirected you automatically and login again on Jamabandi site to see verified copy of e-fard.
Now, login and select “Show Previous Requests” section
- you will see verified e-fard to Download, click Download link:
- E-Fard which is digitally verified will be with QR-Code and Watermark in green color, save it in your system or you can download it any time from Jamabandi Haryana Website:
