Terms and Conditions in respect of E-Auction of Multi Storey Apartment which HSVP will follow while E Auction are announced. Interested bidders can download it from link given below.
Multi Storey Apartments (GH) E Auction on free-hold basis will be broadly covered under the e-auction policy dated 20.05.2021 and subsequent revised policy dated 20.07.2022. In continuation to the e-Auction policies, the terms and conditions of e-Auction of Multi Storey Apartments will be as per attached Multi storey Policy Document.
| Start of Auction Time | 10 AM and will continue till the bids are received for a particular site |
| Closing of Auction Time | No new round for e-auction will start after 6:00 P.M |
| E-Auction Registration & Service charges | 1000 INR The intending bidder has to register for each group of properties located in same Urban Estate or in different Urban Estates in which he/she is interested to participate in order to generate user-id and password for e-auction. This fee will be charged while registration through online mode. |
