Haryana Kaushal Rojgar Nigam Limited HKRN is a flagship scheme launched by the Government of Haryana. HKRN is incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 on 13th October, 2021 to provide employment opportunities to the youth of the state. The all-new department aims to bridge the gap between job seekers and employers by creating a single platform for them to connect and collaborate.
Under the HKRN, the Haryana Government provides contractual manpower to all Haryana Government departments in a transparent, robust, and equitable manner.

HKRN scheme is a government’s great initiative aimed at providing employment opportunities and training to the youth of Haryana, thereby promoting economic growth and development in the state.
The Haryana Government has decided to discontinue the practice of employing workers through contractors. Instead, the government has established a specialized agency for recruiting individuals on a contractual, DC Rate, or temporary basis for various departments within the Haryana Government.
Haryana Kaushal Rojgar Nigam Limited will recruit employees for below departmens:
Registration on HKRN Portal: https://hkrnl.itiharyana.gov.in/index.aspx is available for only those candidates who had earlier worked with Haryana Government. Candidates who have work experience with any of Haryana Govt. Department can register online.
Parivar Pehchan Patra or Aadhar Card Number can be used to apply online.

Prior Registration is required to apply online for Jobs listed on HKRN Portal.
Candidates who have prior work experience in Department / Board / Corporation / Statutory Body / Commission / Authority of Government of Haryana can apply online for jobs advertised on HKRN Portal.
Parivar Pehchan Patra or Aadhar Card Number can be used to apply online.
Merit list will be prepared based on Marks given on criteria like Socio-Economic, Family Income, Age, Skill etc.

There are 2 different methods of getting HKRN Experience Certificate:
HKRN experience certificate download can be done only for employees who have already left the job. They have to request their DDO for an experience letter for the period they worked through HKRN. DDO will download the Experience Certificate from the portal.
Employees in this situation are unable to download their experience letter from the portal. Instead, they have the option to request the DDO to manually generate an experience letter or receive a stamped copy of the completed experience certificate from the DDO. The DDO will then issue the experience letter with an official stamp.
Employees should contact their DDO/Head of Office to make of Employee ID card.
