SSC MTS and Havaldar Recruitment 2023
SSC MTS and Havaldar Recruitment 2023: SSC(Staff Selection Commission) has started an online application process to recruit the Multi Tasking(Non-Technical) staff and Havaldar posts from 30 June 2023 to 21 July 2023.
1558 (1198 + 360) posts of MTS & Havaldar will be filled through this recruitment drive of SSC. All the interested eligible candidates are invited to apply online on the SSC website portal: https://ssc.nic.in.

These posts of Multi-Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff are a General Central Service Group-C Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial posts in various Ministries / Departments / Offices of the Government of India and various Constitutional Bodies / Statutory Bodies / Tribunals, etc., in different States / Union Territories.
Havaldar posts are also a General Central Service Group-C Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial post in the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) and Central Bureau of Narcotics (CBN) under the Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance.

The minimum & Maximum age limit as on 01 August 2023 is as given below:
18-25 years for MTS and Havaldar in CBN (Department of Revenue).
18-27 years for Havaldar in CBIC (Department of Revenue) and a few posts in MTS.
The candidates must have passed Matriculation Examination or equivalent from a recognized Board as on or before the cut-off date i.e. 01-08-2023.

The last date to apply online for MTS & Havaldar is 21 July 2023.
1558 posts of SSC MTS & Havaldar are released to recruit from 30 June to 21 July 2023.
The educational qualification required for posts of SSC MTS and Havaldar is Class 10th pass or equivalent.
Pay Level-1 as per Pay Matrix of 7th Pay Commission. Salary is approximately 18,000 to 22,000.
SSC MTS Posts are office-based jobs. While Havaldar jobs are challenging & physical type of job. So, depends on your choice.
Written Exam and PET test will be conducted for recruitment on SSC MTS & for Havaldar: Written Exam, PET & PST.
