- Degree in Textile Technology, Spinning and Weaving from a recognized Institution.
OR - degree in Textile Chemistry
OR - Diploma in Textile Technology / Handloom Technology from a recognized Institution with min. experience of 3 years in spinning / weaving Department of textile mill or Handloom industry.

Exam Fee is exempted
OPSC Assistant Director Recruitment 2023: Selection Process
If applicants number will be less than 50 then recruitment will be done on the basis of Merit (Career marking – 50 Marks, Oral Test – 50 Marks)
Otherwise selection will be done on the basis of Exam.

- 2 papers, each paper of 100 marks.
- Oral Test 30 Marks.
